Beau learned food sales from his father, Bill Dart, who started Waterway Foods as a seafood brokerage company in 1986. Beau started at Waterway in 2009 and took over as owner in 2010, driving significant annual sales growth for the past twelve consecutive years. In 2015, Beau merged Waterway Foods with Corinthian Trading to form Corinthian Foods.

Christina joined our team in 2013. She has a degree in International Business/Finance and has worked in food sales for 4 years.

Vickie joined the Corinthian Team in 2018 as a Sales Assistant. She graduated in May 2019 with her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
